Venue Owners may have different cancellation terms, such as a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund at all. It is important to review the cancellation policy specified by the Venue Owner at the time of booking.

b. Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the Venue Owner’s cancellation policy, you should submit a refund request through Venuefit. We will review the request and facilitate the refund according to the terms specified by the Venue Owner.

c. Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary and are subject to the Venue Owner’s policies. We will make reasonable efforts to process refunds promptly, but we do not have control over the specific timeframes.

2. Return Policy for Venue Owners and Suppliers

If you are a Venue Owner or Supplier listing venues or event packages on Venuefit, please note the following regarding cancellations and returns:

a. Cancellations by Venue Owners

Venue Owners may have their own cancellation policies, which are communicated to Customers during the booking process. It is your responsibility as a Venue Owner to adhere to your stated cancellation policy.

b. Return Requests

If you believe there are legitimate reasons for returning a payment or providing a refund, you should promptly address the matter with the Customer in accordance with your stated policies. Venuefit is not responsible for managing returns or refunds for services provided by Venue Owners and Suppliers.

3. Disputes and Resolution

In the event of disputes or disagreements between Customers and Venue Owners or Suppliers regarding refunds or returns, we encourage parties involved to communicate and try to reach a resolution. Venuefit is not responsible for mediating disputes but may offer assistance as needed.

4. Changes to this Refund and Return Policy

Venuefit reserves the right to update or modify this refund and return policy. We will notify you of any significant changes.
