Welcome to Venuefit.com (hereinafter referred to as “Venuefit”).

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your use of the Venuefit platform as a listing company (“Venues & Suppliers”) and as a general user (“Customers”) who books venues or event packages through the website. By using Venuefit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Listing Companies (Venues)
   a. Listing and Services: Venuefit allows Venues and Suppliers to list their venues and event packages on our platform. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your venues and packages.
   b. Fees: Venuefit does not charge Venues & Suppliers to list their venues or packages. However, Venuefit charges a commission fee of 10% of the sales that occur through the platform.
   c. Approval Process: Venuefit reserves the right to be selective in approving listings on the website. We may deny or remove listings at our discretion.
   d. Image and Video Usage: Venuefit reserves the right to reuse images and videos uploaded to our website for marketing purposes on social media and other marketing materials.
3. General Users (Booking)
   a. Booking: Users may book venues and event packages listed on Venuefit. By booking through our platform, you agree to pay the specified fees and comply with the Venue’s or Suppliers’ terms and conditions.
   b. Accuracy of Information: Users should ensure that all information provided when making bookings is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Data Protection
   a. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Venuefit is based in Scotland and adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We take user privacy and data protection seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Dispute Resolution
   a. Disputes: Any disputes or issues that may arise between Venues or Suppliers and Customers should be resolved directly between the parties involved. Venuefit is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or claims arising from bookings made through our platform.
6. Modification and Termination
   a. Changes: Venuefit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers, Venues & Suppliers will be notified of any changes.
   b. Termination: Venuefit may terminate your access to the platform for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
7. Miscellaneous
   a. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Venuefit and its users and supersede all previous agreements and understandings.
   b. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
